According to androidandme's website T-Mobile has begun to roll out their 7.2 Mbps HSPA network in select markets mainly New York & Chicago IL. The site show's from other bloggers twitter account that in the Chicago IL area they are able to get 5.40 Mbps download speeds and 0.92 upload speed. In the New York market people are able to get 3.80 Mbps download speeds and 1.01 Mbps upload speeds. In a pervious post on this site I had written about T-Mobile upgrading their network this year and that they plan on moving to 21 Hspa next year.
