Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 could come to the US.

While the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 was announced about four months ago Sony is just now sending review units to blogs. Gizmodo has decided not to review the Sony Ericsson X10 until the Android OS is updated. And according to Cnet Asia an SE spokesman stated that the update is supposed to happen during the second quarter of this year. The company also stated that the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is going to be launched in the second quarter of this year. The company didn’t state whether or not that the launch in the second quarter is for the US market.  There have been rumors of the Xperia X10 coming to both T-Mobile & AT&T’s network since the device runs on both networks. But nothing has been officially stated from T-Mobile USA or AT&T.

What I am wondering is if Sony Ericsson waited to long to put out review units, and if people are still wanting the phone in the US market? Since the Nexus One is available & HTC EVO 4G & the Samsung Galaxy S are going to be available. So what do you the readers think has Sony Ericsson waited to long with the Xperia X10? And if it did come to the US would you buy it considering the Android phones that are out now and what's coming in the near future?
